摘要： PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody selectively recognizing oxaluric acid, a hybridoma producing the same antibody, a test kit comprising the same antibody and a detection method of DNA damage using the same antibody are provided, which monoclonal antibody detects the oxidative or tissue specific DNA damages using the body fluid such as blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and amniotic fluid. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody selectively recognizing oxaluric acid is provided, wherein the monoclonal antibody against oxaluric acid is produced by a hybridoma(KCLRF-BP-00081). The method for detecting DNA damage comprises contacting the monoclonal antibody against oxaluric acid with a test sample, and detecting the presence of an antigen-antibody complex between the oxaluric acid and the monoclonal antibody against oxaluric acid, wherein the antigen-antibody complex is detected by RIA, ELISA, immunofluorescence, chromogenic particle immunoassay or chemiluminescent immunoassay. The test kit for detection of DNA damage comprises the monoclonal antibody against oxaluric acid.
