    • PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody specific to human CacyBP/SIP(Calcyclin and Siah-1-interacting Protein) and a fusion cell line producing the same are provided, which monoclonal antibody is useful for study on the in vivo function of human CacyBP/SIP protein. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody specific to human CacyBP/SIP(Calcyclin and Siah-1-interacting Protein) is produced by a fusion cell line SIP60 1G3(KCTC 10443BP), and specifically recognizes the amino terminal fragments of the human CacyBP/SIP protein, wherein the subclass type of the monoclonal antibody is IgG1. The method for mass-producing the monoclonal antibody specific to human CacyBP/SIP comprises the steps of: (1) injecting the fusion cell line SIP60 1G3(KCTC 10443BP) into the abdominal cavity of a mouse; (2) collecting the abdominal dropsy from the mouse; and (3) isolating the monoclonal antibody specific to human CacyBP/SIP from the abdominal dropsy.

    • PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody against adiponectin, a preparation method thereof and the use thereof are provided, thereby detecting blood adiponectin concentration to diagnose diabetes and corpulence. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody against adiponectin is produced from a fusion protein of adiponectin or its fragments and immunoglobulin(Ig) Fc as an antigen and binds to total adiponectin, wherein the immunoglobulin Fc is human Fc of IgG1; the monoclonal antibody does not recognize the N-terminal variable region of human adiponectin; the monoclonal antibody recognizes spherical domain of human adiponectin as a epitope; the monoclonal antibody recognizes serum adiponectin of mammals; the mammals include human, mouse, rat, cow, horse, rabbit or goat; and the monoclonal antibody is produced by an hybridoma cell lines(KCTC 10288BP, KCTC 10289BP and KCTC 10290BP). A quantification method of adiponectin in the sample blood comprises the steps of: (a) adding sample blood to a microtiter plate with the monoclonal antibody against adiponectin and reacting them; (b) supplying a substrate of the enzyme and determining the optical density; and (c) quantifying the adiponectin in the sample blood by comparing the determined optical density with a standard curve.
