    • PURPOSE: A valve for automatically controlling a flow rate of heating water is provided to effectively save energy by automatically opening and closing the valve, and to minimize noise by minimizing resistance. CONSTITUTION: A valve for automatically controlling a flow rate of heating water comprises a valve body(1), a drive disc(2), bias springs(5), a spring fixing member(3), and shape memorizing springs(6). The valve body has first and second cylindrical parts(1a,1b). The drive disc has first and second ring shaped grooves(2d,2e). The bias springs move the drive disc to the bottom of a valve room. The spring fixing member has a spring support(3a) at the center. The shape memorizing springs are separated from a third protrusion by being contracted.

    • 본발명의퓨즈일체형커넥터는내부에과전류가계속흐르는것을방지하는퓨즈가내장되고전원이인입되는인입케이블과전원이인출되는인출케이블을연결시키는역할을하며, 일측은상기인입케이블의인입케이블메일부와결합되어연결되고, 타측은상기인출케이블의인출케이블피메일부와결합되어연결되며, 외부는절연체로이루어지고내부는상기퓨즈를통해전원이통전될수 있는구조이며, 상기퓨즈가내장되는커넥터바디와; 상기케넥터의내부에삽입내장되어전선로에과전류가계속흐르는것을방지하기위하여전류에의해발생하는열로단락이되며, 일정허용전압과일정허용전류를갖는퓨즈로구성되며, 상기커넥터바디는절연체로이루어지며외형을이루는케이싱부와; 구리선과주석판로이루어져상기케이싱부의내부에형성되고, 전원이인입되는상기인입케이블및 퓨즈에결합되어전원을상기퓨즈로통전시키며, 상기퓨즈및 인출케이블과결합되어전원을상기퓨즈에서상기인출케이블로통전시키는도체부로구성되고, 상기케이싱부에는상기퓨즈가파열되어단선되었을경우이를외부에서인지할수 있도록단선시 램프가켜지는 LED 표시램프가형성된다. 본발명의퓨즈일체형커넥터에따르면커넥터내부에퓨즈를내장할수 있어태양광모듈자체에퓨즈를설치할필요가없으므로태양광모듈의크기를축소할수 있고, 외부케이블과의결합이용이하며, 외부에노출되어설치되어도내부로수분이스며들지않는방수성이있어내구성이높고, 퓨즈가파열시 알수 있으며, 커넥터의교체없이도퓨즈교체가용이한장점이있다.
