    • A resonator for a plasma lighting system and a fabricating method thereof are provided to perform the optimum design of a lamp easily and prevent formation of a shadow, without forming a welding portion. A photoresist film is formed on a film mask with a mesh pattern(S305), and then the film mask with the photoresist film is laminated on a master body(S310). The mesh pattern with the photoresist film is formed on the master body(S320), and then the master body is plated to form a resonator(S330). The resonator is detached from the master body(S340). Prior to the step of forming the resonator, a releasing material is coated on the master body with the mesh pattern.

    • A hardness reinforced mandrel of which surface is not easily damaged although a copper electroforming product is exfoliated dozens of times by plating copper on a Ni-P alloy layer, a manufacturing method of the mandrel, a copper electroforming product manufactured using the mandrel, and a manufacturing method of the copper electroforming product are provided. As a method for manufacturing a mandrel(20) used as a medium for reproducing a surface of a master, the method comprises the steps of: (a) dipping the master into a Ni-P alloy plating bath and precipitating a Ni-P alloy on the surface of the master by electrolysis to form a first plating layer(21); and (b) precipitating nickel on a surface(21a) of the first plating layer by electrolysis to form a second plating layer(23). The first plating layer is formed after forming a dichromate passivation film on the surface of the master in the step(a). The method further comprises the step of striking the first plating layer in a nickel strike bath. The nickel strike bath contains nickel chloride hexahydrate(NiCl2.6H2O) and hydrochloric acid.
