    • The present invention relates to an accelerating vehicle for a single hole for blasting and crushing a structure, and a blasting and crushing construction method using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to increase crushing efficiency and work efficiency by maintaining the explosion pressure inside a charge hole and hardening within a short time when a structure (disassembled target concrete) having a short tamping field is blasted and disassembled. According to the present invention, the accelerating vehicle for a single hole for blasting and crushing a structure comprises: a filler (11) in which glass fiber reinforcing cement and sand are mixed; and a packing material (12) consisting of a hydrophilic material for absorbing water by one selected from a group including long fiber traditional Korean paper and long fiber paper, and whose inside is filled with the filler. After the accelerating vehicle is hydration-reacted by water, the accelerating vehicle is inserted into a charging blast hole of a blasted structure and tamping. The filler is formed by mixing 70-80 wt% of glass fiber reinforcing cement and 20-30 wt% of sand. According to the present invention, a blasting and crushing construction method using an accelerating vehicle for a single hole for blasting and crushing a structure comprises: a first step for preparing an accelerating vehicle for a single hole for blasting and crushing a structure to tamp a blast hole charged for blasting and crushing a blasted structure; a second step for tamping the charged blast hole after the accelerating vehicle for a single hole for blasting and crushing a structure prepared through the first step absorbs water; and a third step for blasting by priming the blast hole charged through the second step. In the second step, the accelerating vehicle for a single hole for crushing is dipped into water and absorbs the water.
