    • PURPOSE: Soundproof equipment installed at a gate of a tunnel is provided to prevent the breakage or separation due to blast pressure by changing the opening degree of a door according to the magnitude of blast pressure. CONSTITUTION: Soundproof equipment installed at a gate of a tunnel comprises a grid-shaped barrier wall(10), a door(20), a support frame, and a guide roller(23). The barrier wall has a soundproof structure and closes the gate of a tunnel. The door moves laterally along the wall surface of the barrier wall to open and close an opening and pivots back and forth around the top. The support frame is coupled with the barrier wall at the side of the barrier wall facing the tunnel. The guide roller is installed at a horizontal rail(12) formed in an extended portion of the support frame and at the top of the door and guides the lateral and longitudinal movement of the door.

    • PURPOSE: A safety mat for blasting rock is provided to shield the scattered stones and noises produced while blasting rock. CONSTITUTION: A safety mat for blasting rock comprises an inner buffer sheet(1), an intermediate reinforcing sheet(2), and an outer cover sheet(3). The inner buffer sheet is made of nonwoven fabric(11) to shield scattered stones and noises and absorb the impact and noise resulting from the scattered stones. The intermediate reinforcing sheet is made of synthetic fabric cloth(21) with high tensile strength to protect the inner buffer sheet against the scattered stones. The outer cover sheet is made of dense synthetic textile(31) to enclose the intermediate reinforcing sheet.

    • The present invention relates to an innovative blast pressure eruption suppressing device which is capable of innovatively reducing generation of dust, noise, and vibration, and reducing scattering of a rock crushed by blasting while maximizing blasting force by blocking an entrance of an empty hole when a long hole is blasted to explode by making a long hole, and a high efficiency method for blasting a long hole using the same. According to the present invention, while an explosive and a tamping material are alternately repeated and loaded, a blast pressure eruption suppressing device is tamped after the blast pressure eruption suppressing device is installed in an entrance of an empty hole. Therefore, an excessive outflow of explosion pressure gas to an outside can be prevented in a blasting work, and scattering of a crushed rock can be prevented, and generation of dust, noise, and vibration can be reduced. Blasting efficiency can be improved since a second free surface is effectively formed in an inside of an empty hole.

The soundproof apparatus includes an upper side frame horizontally installed at regular heights from the ground; a curtain composed of multiple rubber belts, which have one end fixed on the upper side frame and the other end faced or contacted with the bottom, successively arranged in the length direction of the upper side frame; hangers combined with each rubber belt by being horizontally positioned under one half of the total height of the curtain; a lifting device for lifting the curtain vertically when the hangers are lifted up by the operation thereof. The curtain returns to the original position thereof when the hangers are lifted down.
