摘要： PURPOSE: A heat treated state measuring device using ultrasounds and a method thereof are provided to simply measure a heat treated state of a metal material by using ultrasounds without various samplings grasping mechanical properties of the metal material. CONSTITUTION: A heat treated state measuring device using ultrasounds comprises an input unit(10), an ultrasonic transmitter(20), a surface wave receiver(30), and a processor(40). Sorts of a metal material and heat treatment method are input through the input unit. The ultrasonic transmitter generates the ultrasounds of a ton burst wave form, thereby transmitting the ultrasounds to a surface of the metal material. The surface wave receiver receives surface wave signals transmitted to the surface of the metal material. The processor calculates a non-linear parameter value by using ultrasonic frequencies and surface wave signals and judges whether or not the calculated non-linear parameter value is included in a range of the non-linear parameter value corresponding to a heat treatment method and the metal material saved in a memory.
