    • 본 고안은 요(尿)분석 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 검사자가 병원이나 의원을 내원하지 않고 가정이나 직장 등에서 항시 자신의 건강상태를 요분석을 통해 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 개인용 컴퓨터(이하 PC라 한다)에 의해 요분석 결과가 분석되고 모니터링되어 검사자의 건강상태를 용이하게 파악하고 관리할 수 있으며, 모뎀이나 랜 등으로 인터넷 등의 정보망에 연결되어 있는 서버에 접속하여 요분석 데이터를 송신하고 이에 대한 전문의의 진단 및 소견을 전송받으며 상기의 검사 데이터와 소견서 데이터 등이 서버에 데이터베이스화 되어 검사자의 건강 상태를 지속적으로 모니터링함으로써, 현재의 건강 상태 뿐만 아니라 징후 전이 과정 등을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 휴대용 요분석 시스템 및 이를 이용한 건강상태 감시방법에 � �한 것이다.
      본 고안에 따르면, 요분석 시스템의 주처리부에 액정 디스플레이와 키보드 등의 시스템 입출력 장치부가 설치되고, 인터넷 등의 정보망에 접속하여 건강정보네트워크를 구성하게 하는 모뎀이 설치되며, 개인용 컴퓨터나 다른 임상 검사기기 또는 그 주변장치들 간에 직렬통신을 위한 RS232가 설치된 건강상태 감시를 위한 휴대용 요분석 시스템과 이를 이용한 건강상태 감시방법이 제공된다.

    • PURPOSE: A portable urine analysis system is provided to obtain an interface easy to use and continuously monitor the health state of the patient through the health information network. CONSTITUTION: A portable urine analysis system comprises a light measurement unit; a main processing unit; a strip convey unit; a power control unit; a system input/output unit including a liquid crystal display and a keyboard; an RS232 for serial communication between a personal computer and other tester or peripheral devices; and a modem for constructing a health information network by connecting to the information network like Internet. The personal computer has a health management software installed in the personal computer, wherein the health management software judges disease through the analysis of the measurement result obtained from the RS232, performs upgrade of algorithm and parameters, outputs the result of urine analysis or data through an output unit including a screen or a printer, puts the diseases examined from the urine analysis into digital data form to obtain a database of disease, outputs abnormal symptoms and medical information through an output unit, and provides obtained data through a graphical representation.

CONSTITUTION: A urine analysis system is composed by combining an optic measurement part(1) using a CIS, a main processing part, a periphery part(3) and a strip transport control part(4). The optic measurement part is consisting of an optic measurement unit and a transpose amplifying unit. The optic measurement unit has a programmable gain of 14 bit A/D(analog/digital) 6mSPS conversion ratio, a programmable offset and a programmable clamp voltage as optic measurement elements. The transpose amplifying unit converts a level by synchronizing TC(time constant) exclusively for CIS.

    • A blood pressure actuating apparatus, a method driven by a fluid, and a test method of a sphygmomanometer using the same are provided to obtain basic experimental by performing a test for blood pressure actuation under various conditions. A blood pressure actuating apparatus includes a servo valve(100), a pulsation actuating pipe(200), a model arm(300), a second orifice(310), a control pressure sensor(400), a output pressure sensor(500), and a control unit(600). The servo valve switches the supply of a pumped fluid. The pulsation actuating pipe is connected to the servo valve at one side of the pulsation actuating pipe. A first orifice(210) is formed in an end of the other side of the pulsation actuating pipe. One end of the model arm is connected to an input branch pipe(320) branched from a side of the pulsation actuating pipe. An output branch pipe(330) is connected to the other end of the model arm. The second orifice is formed in the output branch pipe. The control pressure sensor measures a pressure generated in the pulsation actuating pipe.

    • A blood pressure simulator is provided to implement blood pressure in a blood vessel of a body to equipment used for developing/evaluating an automatic blood pressure meter by using compressed fluid and a proportional valve. An air compressor(100) generates air pressure. An oil pressure tank(120) contains oil and flows out the oil to a drain pipe(130) by hydraulic pressure provided from the air compressor. A control vale(140) discharges the oil flown out from the oil pressure tank to a pipe(150) by applying a pressure change according to an opening/closing level. The pipe transfers the pressure-controlled oil discharged from the control valve. A water tank(180) receives the oil flown out from the pipe after releasing the pressure by connecting to an end part of the pipe. A pressure sensor(160) detects the pressure in the pipe by being installed in the pipe. A controller(220) controls the opening/closing level of the control valve by data for generating the pressure and the data detected from the pressure sensor. The control valve is a proportion control valve.
