A cavity (65) where transparent and semi-transparent molten resin can be injected is formed in the lower core. Multiple concave minute dots (90, 90L, 90U) are formed on the upper surface of the lower core. The upper core limits the cavity when adhering to the lower core and multiple minute concave dot patterns corresponding to the dot patterns of the lower core are formed on the bottom surface. The gap between the dot patterns of the upper core and of the lower core is 1.0-2.5mm. The inclination angle of the minute dots at the deepest point is 90-120 and the depth of the minute dots is 15.0-40.0μm.

    • PURPOSE: An optimal temperature control device of an injection mold for a light guide plate with a large section is provided to easily manufacture the light guide plate by evenly maintaining the cooling temperature over the whole area of a cavity. CONSTITUTION: An optimal temperature control device(10) of an injection mold for a light guide plate with a large section comprises a resin injecting unit(25) and a cooling unit. The resin injecting unit injects melted resins into the cavities(20) of a fixed mold core(15) and movable mold core(17). The cooling unit hardens the resins in the cavities. The cooling unit comprises first heat exchange passages(30,40) and second heat exchange passages(35,45). Heat exchange fluid flows into one side of the movable mold core and fixed mold core through the first heat exchange passages, and flows out through the other side. The heat exchange fluid flows into the other side through the second heat exchange passages, and flows out through one side. The first and second heat exchanger passages are placed side by side each other.
