    • PURPOSE: A composition for a bad odor reducing agent and a method for reducing the bad odor are provided to immediately reduce bad odor factors by generating neutralizations and oxidations. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a bad odor reducing agent includes peroxide polymeric compounds and peroxides. The peroxide polymeric compounds include carboxylic groups and peroxide carboxylic groups. The composition includes 0.2-4,000 parts by weight of the peroxides based on 100 parts by weight of partially peroxide polymeric compounds. The partially peroxide polymeric compounds are resultants of carboxylic polymeric compounds and peroxides. Monomer unsaturated with ethylene containing at least one carboxylic group is polymerized to prepare the carboxylic polymeric compounds. The monomer unsaturated with the ethylene is acrylic acid, metacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, itaconic acid, the anhydride, and the mixture of the same.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing hydrogen sulfide included in a blast furnace dry pit slag and a method thereof are provided to collect steam including hydrogen sulfide by installing a shielding roof on an upper part of a blast furnace dry pit and removing the hydrogen sulfide generated during a cooling process of the slag using a coolant containing amines, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing hydrogen sulfide included in a blast furnace dry pit slag comprises a shielding roof (4), a duct part (5), a pipe unit (6), a coolant injection nozzle (7) and an absorptive tower (8). The duct part is connected to the shielding roof to one side and collects steam including hydrogen sulfide generated in the dry pit. The coolant injection nozzle is equipped in the pipe unit and sprays coolant on the steam. The absorptive tower is connected to the pipe unit and has absorption liquid to remove hydrogen sulfide from the steam.

    • 본 발명은 실시간 모니터링을 통한 악취관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 악취를 감지할 수 있는 센서를 이용하여 실시간으로 악취배출원에서의 악취농도를 측정함으로써 악취 발생원을 효율적으로 관리하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 화학공장 등에서 악취물질의 비산 배출이 일어나기 쉬운 지점에 악취 감지용 센서를 설치하고 이 악취 감지용 센서를 통한 악취농도를 실시간으로 모니터링하여 기준 농도 이상의 악취물질의 농도가 감지 될 시 신속한 대응을 통하여 악취물질 배출을 최소화 할 수 있는 악취관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
      이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 악취발생원에 대한 실시간 모니터링을 통하여 악취발생 농도 감시가 신뢰성있게 이루어 질 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 일정농도 이상의 악취물질이 배출 시 경보발령 휴대폰 전송등을 통하여 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 기반기술을 제공하였다.
      그리고, 신뢰성과 견뢰성이 증대된 악취 배출원 관리 시스템은 관리에 소요되는 시간과 인력 및 비용에 대한 부담이 획기적으로 저감되는 효과가 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring cleaning performance comprises an agitating container filled with water or oil and kept at a constant temperature, a cleaning container closed by a cap, filled with a cleaning solution, and charged in the agitating container, an agitator installed in the agitating container to agitate the cleaning container, and a test piece put into the cleaning container and prepared with a partition to collect contamination. Cleaning performance is calculated by a formula 'the amount of contaminants x cleaning hour / the amount of a cleaning solution'.

    • PURPOSE: A method for surface defect detection of a billet is provided to easily detect defects formed on the surface of the billet by simultaneously radiating a visible ray and an ultraviolet ray onto the surface of the billet. CONSTITUTION: Magnetic debris including iron powder, fluorescent dye, TiO2, and soluble high polymer are coated on a surface of a billet. In this state a visible ray and an ultraviolet ray are radiated onto the magnetic debris coated on the surface of the billet. The magnetic debris includes iron powder of 50 to 85 weight percent, fluorescent dye of 1.8 to 20 weight percent, TiO2 of 10 to 20 weight percent and soluble high polymer of 5 to 30 weight percent. Fluorescent dye is any one selected from the group consisting of basic red 001, disperse yellow 0.82 solvent yellow 044, and pigment green 007.
