    • PURPOSE: A fluorescent paste is provided, to improve the humidity resistance and the brightness of the electroluminescence device, thereby reducing the power consumed to the electroluminescence. CONSTITUTION: The fluorescent paste comprises a binder comprising 30-35 wt% of a polymer resin, 60-65 wt% of a liquid solvent, and 1-5 wt% of a plasticizer; and a fluorescent substance in the ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 by weight. Preferably the binder comprises further 1-3 wt% of a dispersant and an antifoaming agent. Preferably the polymer resin is selected from the group consisting of a mixture of cyano-based resin and poly(vinyl butyl), a mixture of cyano-based resin and epoxy-based resin, and a mixture of cyano-based resin and cellulose-based resin. The solvent is selected from the group consisting of cyclohexanone, butyl cabitol, butyl cabitol acetate, dimethyl formamide, trichloroethylene, and methylethyl ketone.
