A method for controlling water pressure of a rock split device with no-vibration condition comprises a step of operating a piston by applying oil pressure to one side of the piston. Water is supplied to the other side of the piston by a pump(200) so that an actuating cylinder(170) has a volume the same as that of a tube inflated by the water. When the pressure is applied to one side of the piston by oil pressure, the water filled in the other side of the piston is supplied to a split device to inflate a tube. The split device has a plurality of actuating cylinders(170) connected thereto.

A no-vibration rock cutting system using fluid pressure is used for cutting out bedrock by inserting one or more elements inserted into a perforated hole and generating expansive pressure by fluid pressure in the perforated hole. The element used for the no-vibration rock cutting system includes a fluid supply pipe(110) composed of a main pipeline(111) penetrated in a longitudinal direction and many branch pipelines(113) connected to the main pipeline and penetrated toward the outside diameter, an inner tube(130) formed to cover the outer diameter side of the fluid supply pipe as a whole, an outer tube(170) formed to cover the outer diameter side of the inner tube, and a fixture(150) installed to support two ends of the inner tube and to form a closed space, wherein the inner tube is made of an elastic material and expanded by the pressure of fluids transferred from the fluid supply pipe to the main pipeline and the branch pipelines, and expands the outer tube covered on the inner tube to prevent the inner tube from making direct contact with bedrock and to prevent the lowering of durability, and to transfer the fluid pressure to bedrock and to cut out the bedrock.
