    • PURPOSE: An exhaust gas re-circulating type carbon dioxide collecting apparatus and a method for the same are provided to expand the contacting time of exhaust gas with respect to absorbing liquid and to expand the retention time of the exhaust gas in an absorbent column. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas re-circulating type carbon dioxide collecting apparatus includes an absorbing column(10), a pump(20), a blower(30), and a spraying pipe(40). The absorbing column stores absorbing liquid in the lower side, and the absorbing liquid is obtained by mixing calcium hydroxide and an additive. Exhaust gas is supplied into the absorbing liquid, and purified gas is discharged through the upper side of the absorbing tower. The pump pumps the absorbing liquid in the absorbing column. The blower sucks a part of the purified gas from the absorbing column. The spraying pipe is installed in the absorbing column and sprays the purified gas into the absorbing column.
