    • 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 무용접 배관 연결구 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 본 발명은 확관 전의 배관연결구(200)를 1차 베이스금형(110)에 세팅시키는 단계; 상기 배관연결구(200)의 양측단부를 1차 확관금형(120)으로 압착시켜 1차 확관시키는 단계; 상기 1차 확관된 배관연결구(200)를 2차 베이스금형(130)에 세팅시키는 단계; 상기 배관연결구(200)의 1차 확관부(210)를 2차 확관금형(140)으로 압착시켜 2차 확관하는 동시에 2차 확관부(220)에 오링집(230)을 형성시키는 단계; 컬링금형(150) 상에 오링(250)과 금속링(260)을 동시에 외삽시키는 단계; 및 상기 오링(250)과 금속링(260)이 외삽된 상태의 컬링금형(150)으로 배관연결구(200)의 2차 확관부(220)를 압착시켜 컬링작업되도록 함과 동시에 오링(250)과 금속링(260)의 설치작업이 함께 진행되도록 하는 단계;를 포함한다.
      본 발명에 의하면, 기존의 수작업으로 하던 오링의 설치작업을 컬링금형 작업시 금속링과 동시 설치작업되도록 함으로써, 자동화공정이 가능하고, 작업공정을 간소화시켜 생산성이 향상되도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.

The tightening units are coupled to the front end of the tool body and are actuated when a piston unit(32) of the hydraulic cylinder is operated. The T-shaped plate is inserted into a plate coupling unit(15) and connects the tightening units to the tool body.

    • PURPOSE: Method and mold for manufacturing a non-welding pipe connector are provided to automatically install an O-ring and enhance productivity through simplification of processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-welding pipe connector comprises next steps. A pipe connector(200) before expanding is set on a first base mold. Both ends of the pipe connector are pressed by a first expanding mold. The first expanded pipe connector is set on a second base mold(130). The first expanded part of the pipe connector is pressed by a second expanding mold so that the first expanded part is second expanded and at the same time, an O-ring house is formed on the second expanded part. An O-ring(250) and a metallic ring(260) are simultaneously extrapolated onto a curling mold(150).
