      본 발명에 의하면, 기존의 수작업으로 하던 오링의 설치작업을 컬링금형 작업시 금속링과 동시 설치작업되도록 함으로써, 자동화공정이 가능하고, 작업공정을 간소화시켜 생산성이 향상되도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.

The first expanded part of the pipe connector is pressed by a second expanding mold so that the first expanded part is second expanded and at the same time, an O-ring house is formed on the second expanded part. An O-ring(250) and a metallic ring(260) are simultaneously extrapolated onto a curling mold(150).
