摘要： A system and a method for informing a user of outgoing based on a personalized weather condition are provided to generate/transmit actual outgoing possibility to each user to a mobile terminal of the user in real-time by analyzing weather information in connection with personal health information of the user. A member terminal(130) registers the personal health information and receives personalized outgoing information in real-time by connecting to a web server(100) through the wired/wireless network(110,120). Each weather information providing server(140,150) provides various kinds of weather information. An outgoing determination server(101) provides the personalized outgoing information by reflecting the personalized health information to the real-time weather information. A messaging server(102) provides the outgoing possibility of each user to the user terminal according to an analysis result of the outgoing determination server. The weather information includes at least one of temperature, humidity, micro dust, ozone, and yellow sand selected by the user.
