    • The present invention relates to a device for removing an exhaust sleeve used in an ingot growing device and, more particularly, to a device for removing an exhaust sleeve which can remove the sleeve easily via frictional force by expanding a plurality of blade members, operated by gear combination, when a handle part is manipulated. The device for removing the exhaust sleeve mounted on the ingot growing device according to the present invention comprises: a pair of supporting plates arranged with a gap therebetween by a driving gear, which is combined to be able to rotate; a plurality of driven gears arranged inside the supporting plates to place the driving gear in the middle and gear-combined with the driving gear; a plurality of blade members having one side combined between the supporting plates by a first hinge axis to be able to pivot; a plurality of link members having an end hinge-connected to the driven gears and having the other end hinge-connected to the blade members, respectively to pivot the blade members; and a handle part having a lower end axially combined to the driving gear to generate rotational force in the driving gear.

    • The present invention relates to a method and system for cleaning an exhaust pipe of an ingot grower and, more particularly, to a method and system for cleaning an exhaust pipe of an ingot grower by using a pressure difference, which can conveniently remove a foreign substance from the exhaust pipe by using the pressure difference. According to the present invention, provided is a method of cleaning an exhaust pipe of an ingot grower by using a pressure difference, wherein the exhaust pipe is connected to the ingot grower that grows a single crystal silicon ingot in a growing chamber, the method comprising: a step of increasing an inner pressure of the growing chamber by injecting inert gas into the growing chamber in the state of closing a first valve provided on the exhaust pipe; a step of applying negative pressure to the inside of an exhaust chamber connected to the exhaust pipe; and a step of removing a foreign substance from the inside of the exhaust pipe by means of a flow of exhaust gas generated by a pressure difference between the growing chamber and the exhaust chamber caused by opening the first valve.

The film members surround the upper end of the main body of the sleeve by the upper part being folded toward outside from inside of the main body of the sleeve.
