摘要： The present invention provides a three-dimensional unit for culturing cells that comprises: a first compartment having a plurality of three-dimensionally arranged first pores in order to provide a space in which supplied cells can be respectively cultured in culturing liquids; and a second compartment that is arranged to come in contact with and connect with the first compartment and has a plurality of three-dimensionally arranged second pores having a smaller size than the cells. Moreover, provided is a three-dimensional device for culturing cells in which the units for culturing cells are continuously arranged. By means of the present invention, the cells are cultured three-dimensionally so as to be thereby better cultured into an actual body part than by two-dimensional culturing. In particular, as for nerve cells, aspects such as nerve conduction become more similar to the aspects of conduction in actual body nerve cells than by two-dimensional culturing. In addition, the two-dimensional culturing has been used only for researches, but in the present invention the nerve cells are cultured and differentiated by means of a three-dimensional mold outside the body so that a nerve network is formed in order to be transplanted in the body. Furthermore, exons are separately cultured so that the formation of an irregular nerve network that is caused by the random formation of synapses between nerve cells can be prevented. Also, the synapses between nerve cells are induced to be formed only in a particular domain so that the nerve network is formed in a regular direction.
