The user who wants to take out earth and sand has to input the geological information(T13) of a lot number taken out. The information about materials(F1) is obtained by registering reusable materials(F2) and goods(F4) information generated in a construction field or researching data.

The compression portion removes a part of coating of wires (46',24') in signal cables (46,24), by the compression by a tool. The wire, whose coating is removed, is electrically connected to the connection member. A part, in which coating is left, is stably compressed in the connection member.
