    • PURPOSE: An organic waste treatment apparatus is provided to reduce power consumption and to generate a condensing process according to the pre-determined lapse of time. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste treatment apparatus includes a mixing bath(20), a heat media part(30), a heater(40), and a liquid-phase converting part(100). The mixing bath is arranged in a body and includes a chamber(28). The chamber includes a blade(24) and at least one rotary shaft(22). The blade mixes organic waste and a catalyst, and the rotary shaft rotates the blade. The heat media part surrounds the chamber and is filled with fluid. The heat media part heats the mixing bath. The heater is positioned under the heat media part and heats the heat media part. The liquid-phase converting part condenses vapor generated by the decomposition of organic waste and transfers non-condensed vapor to the mixing bath. The liquid-phase converting part includes a heat transferring part, and heat from the heat media part is transferred to the heat transferring part.

CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for treating organic waste includes 30-40 wt% of Fe, 10-20 wt% of Si, 10-20 wt% of Al, and 5-10 wt% of K with respect to sol phased solid organic waste. The catalyst decomposes the organic waste into liquid phased products. The catalyst is fixed to a porous carrier. The specific surface area of the porous carrier is in a range between 100 and 300 m^2/g. The porous carrier is activated charcoal. The weight ratio of the porous carrier and the catalyst is 1:1 to 3:1.

    • PURPOSE: A recycle emulsifying device for waste plastic using a catalyst is provided to offer the improved decomposition efficiency for the waste plastic of the device to users by enlarging the specific surface area of a porous carrier. CONSTITUTION: A recycle emulsifying device for waste plastic using a catalyst comprises a polyvinyl chloride decomposition unit(20), a catalyst thermal decomposition unit(30), and a decisive distillation unit(40). The polyvinyl chloride decomposition unit thermally decomposes a polyvinylchloride(PVC) resin. The catalyst thermal decomposition unit uses the catalyst obtained by coating Cr or Cr compound on the surface of a porous carrier formed with nanoporous materials for decomposition the waste plastic passed through the polyvinyl chloride decomposition unit. The decisive distillation unit separates the decomposed waste plastic into kerosene or fuel oil by the different of the boiling point.
