    • A display device is provided. The display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first substrate, an infrared sensing transistor placed on the first substrate, and a switching transistor connected to the infrared sensing transistor. The infrared sensing transistor includes a light blocking film placed on the first substrate, a first gate electrode placed on the light blocking film by touching the film, a first semiconductor layer placed on the first gate electrode by overlapping with the light blocking film, and a first source electrode and a first drain electrode placed on the first semiconductor layer.
