    • PURPOSE: An outrigger mechanism for a high-rise building is provided to remarkably reduce the size of a pressure plate by dividing the pressure plate into multiple parts when the construction of an outrigger. CONSTITUTION: An outrigger mechanism for a high-rise building comprises an outrigger(20) and casings(30). The outrigger has an outrigger body(20a), an upper beam(21), and a lower beam(22). The outrigger body is buried in a mega column. The upper and lower beams connect the outrigger to a core. The casings receive the top and bottom ends of the outrigger body and are buried in the mega column. Multiple pressure plates(31,32,33) are formed on the outer surfaces of the casings.
