    • PURPOSE: An oxygen supply device for a vehicle is provided to secure low-power, low-noise, and light-weight and to reduce fatigue of drivers and prevent drowsy driving by feeding clean oxygen rich air into the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen supply device of a vehicle for separating oxygen and nitrogen by an adsorbent with selective adsorption force for ingredients of the air and supplying the separated oxygen rich air into the vehicle is composed of an adsorption bed(2) embedding the adsorbent and a vacuum pump device(3) for performing a desorption operation in the adsorption bed and generating vacuum pressure. The air flows into the adsorption bed by difference between the vacuum pressure generated in the adsorption bed by the vacuum pump device and atmospheric pressure through an air filter(1) for filtering pollutants as dusts, and nitrogen of the air is adsorbed to the adsorption bed. The left surplus oxygen rich air is injected into a target space by generating compressive air with a small compressor(4) and injecting the compressive air into the adsorption bed. A check valve(5) prevents the compressive air generated at the compressor from being injected to the air and the check valve is driven by a vacuum compression swing method.

CONSTITUTION: The gas concentrator comprises an adsorption bed in which absorbent is contained; and a check valve means connected to an upper part of the adsorption bed and consisted of fitting(1) and rubber valve(2), wherein the rubber valve comprises body part(4) and rubber plate(3), the rubber plate is attached to the edge of an upper part of the body part, wherein the rubber valve is inserted into the fitting, and the fitting is connected to an upper part of the adsorption bed so as to close the check valve means if pressure in the adsorption bed is the same as or less than an external pressure and open the check valve means to obtain a specific gas enriched air by exceeding elastic force of the rubber plate if pressure in the adsorption bed is greater than the external pressure, and wherein the gas concentrator further comprises a pump means so that the gas concentrator is operated at a pressure between vacuum pressure and the atmospheric pressure by the pump means, and a gas supply means connected to the check valve means to inject the enriched gas into a target space after sucking an enriched gas produced when the check valve means is opened.
