    • PURPOSE: A low pressure type scroll compressor is provided to form the sealing unit of a discharge cover which placed in between an inhalation space and a discharge space to be formed with a space from a fixed scroll in the direction of a shaft, thereby reducing the friction loss between the fixed scroll and a turning scroll. CONSTITUTION: A low pressure scroll compressor comprises a shell, an upper part cap, a lower part cap, a frame, a fixed scroll, a turning scroll and a discharge cover(100). The shell has both ends of the upper and the lower part opened. The upper part cap covers the upper end of the shell. The lower part cap covers the lower end of the shell. The frame is fixedly connected to the shell. The fixed scroll is supported by the frame and comprises an inlet and an outlet. The turning scroll forms a compression chamber rotating simultaneously with successively moving by being interlocked with the fixed scroll. The discharge cover comprises a supporting part(110) supported in the direction a shaft between the shell and the upper part cap and a sealing part(120) separating the inlet and the outlet of the fixed scroll. The sealing part is separated in the direction of the shaft from the fixed scroll when the compressor stops.

The bolt has a body part(208a) passing through a through-hole(207a) of the press-fit ring and a coupling hole(206e) of the fixed scroll, a first supporting part(208b) extended from the body part in the radial direction to support the fixed scroll in the axial direction, and a second supporting part(208c) extended from the first one in the radial direction of the body part further and having a height from the first one in the axial direction to support the press-fit ring in the axial direction.

    • PURPOSE: A scroll compressor is provided to prevent the centers of both scrolls from being worn out by maintaining the pressure of a compression chamber. CONSTITUTION: A scroll compressor comprises first and second scrolls and a check valve. A first scroll comprises an outlet(44). The second scroll forms a compression chamber which moves with interlocking with the first scroll. The check valve prevents discharged refrigerant from flowing back to the compression chamber by electively opening and closing the outlet. The check valve comprises a flue path unit(714) for guide some discharged refrigerant to the compression chamber when the check valve closes the outlet. The flue path unit is smaller than the cross sections of the outlet. A discharge valve is a plate type valve that one end is fixed and the other end forms an opening and closing part. The flue path unit penetrates the opening and closing part.
