    • A display filter and a display apparatus are provided to increase a surface area by forming a depressed portion in a bottom of a dark color portion, thereby improving an adhesive force when attached to a substrate. A display filter includes a base portion(300) and a dark color portion(310). At least one first depressed portion(330) is formed in the base portion. The dark color portion is arranged in the first depressed portion and has a color darker than the color of the base portion. A second depressed portion(320) depressed in a direction of the base portion is formed at a bottom of the dark color portion. A refraction index of the dark color portion is different from the refraction index of the base portion. The base portion is substantially transparent.

    • An electric double layer capacitor, a polarizable electrode for the electric double layer capacitor, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce resistance of an electrode by preventing a thin film from being formed due to a reaction between the polarizable electrode and electrolyte solution. An electric double layer capacitor includes a sheet type porous separator(31), a pair of polarizable electrodes(32), a pair of sheet type condensers(33), and a gasket(34). The polarizable electrodes are arranged at both surfaces of the separator. The sheet type condensers are arranged on the opposite surface with respect to the separator. The gasket is arranged around the separator and the polarizable electrodes. Electrolyte solution is contained inside an enclosed unit cell. The polarizable electrode contains 65-85wt% active carbon, 5-10wt% conductor, 5-10wt% binder, and 0.1-2wt% conductive oxide.
