    • The present invention relates to a light emitting device and a lightening system comprising a body having first and second side units, third and fourth side units, and a cavity in which an upper part is opened; a first lead frame which is arranged on the bottom of the cavity and which is extended to the direction of the first side unit of the body; a second lead frame which is arranged on the bottom of the cavity and which is extended to the direction of the second side unit of the body; a gap unit which is positioned between the first lead frame and the second lead frame; a light emitting chip which is arranged on the first lead frame; and a molding member which is positioned in the cavity. The first and second side units correspond to the third and fourth side units. The first lead frame comprises a first recess unit which is recessed to the direction of the first side unit at a first depth from the gap unit and a second recess unit which is recessed to the direction of the gap unit at a second depth in an area which is adjacent to the first side unit of the body. The first depth of the first recess unit is different from the second depth of the second recess unit.
