摘要： A dielectric lamination structure, a manufacturing method of the dielectric lamination structure, and a wiring board including the dielectric lamination structure are provided to obtain the flat dielectric lamination structure with sufficient flexibility by laminating a dielectric layer and a conductor layer on a metal film having high hardness. A dielectric lamination structure(1) includes a metal film(2), a dielectric layer(3), a conductor layer(4) arranged sequentially. The metal film(2) has a thickness of 10-40um. The dielectric layer(3) has a thickness of 0.3-5um. The conductor layer(4) has a thickness of 0.3-10um. A plurality of vias is separated from each other and penetrate through both of the dielectric layer(3) and the conductor layer(4). The vias penetrating through the dielectric layer(3) have various sizes of diameters in the range of 100 - 300um. The vias penetrating through the conductive layer(4) have diameters of 5-50um larger than the corresponding vias of the dielectric layer(3) and the minimum via pitch is 100 - 350um.

A main body of a condenser is built in a wiring board, including a plurality of stacked dielectric layers(3) and an inner electrode layer interposed between mutually different dielectric layers. A concave portion(2d) is formed on at least one surface of the main body of the condenser, extended from at least one of a first main surface(2a) of the main body of the condenser or a second main surface(2b) confronting the first main surface to the thickness direction of the main body of the condenser. The wiring board can include a core board, and the condenser built in the wiring board can be fixed to the core board through a resin material filled in the concave portion formed in the main body of the condenser.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having a high εr value and Qu value and the small absolute value of τf. CONSTITUTION: This dielectric ceramic composition contains Ba, Nd, Pr, Bi, and Ti and at least either of Na and K which exist within ranges of 1.5≤a≤2.6, 0.02≤b≤1.00, 0.2≤c≤0.6, 4.5≤d≤5.5 and 0.02≤e≤0.30 when the composition is expressed by a composition formula: BaO-aNdO3/2-PrO11/6-cBiO3/2-dTiO2- eAO1/2 (A=Na, K). The dielectric ceramic composition is obtained by mixing the oxide powders of the respective metal oxides and/or the compound powders to be made into the respective metal oxides by heating at prescribed mole ratios and firing the mixture. As a result, a specific dielectric constant εr can be made to ≧90, the product Quxf0 of a non-load quality coefficient and resonance frequency to ≧3,800 GHz and the absolute value of the temperature coefficient τf of the resonance frequency to ≤17 ppm/°C.
