    • PURPOSE: A mold cooling structure of a large-size casting for a ship engine and a wind power generator is provided to improve a cooling effect using a densener by collecting a calorie, which the densener equipped in a mold for making a large-size casting receives from a molten metal, to a cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A mold cooling structure of a large-size casting for a ship engine and a wind power generator partly improves a cooling speed by installing multiple denseners(25) in a mold(20) for making a large-size casting for a ship engine or a wind power generator. A coolant chamber(10) in which a cooling water flows is installed at a rear side of the densener. A cooling water pipe(11) is extended and installed to an outside of the mold in order to eject a cooling water of the coolant chamber or to supply a cooling water to the coolant chamber. A side of the coolant chamber and an end part of a cooling water pipe(15) comprise pipe fittings(13) mutually interlocked in order to flow a cooling water between the coolant chambers installed at a rear side of the densener arranged with corresponding to a structure of the mold.

    • PURPOSE: A bipolar plate of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell is provided to improve a surface treatment effect by solving stress concentration and defects caused by mechanical processing through electrolytic polishing. CONSTITUTION: A bipolar plate of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell is formed of stainless steel. A unit cell is formed since the bipolar plate is attached to both sides of a proton exchange membrane structure including a membrane which selectively transmits only proton in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, wherein a plurality of unit cells are laminated on the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The bipolar plate is formed through electrolytic polishing to eliminate stress concentration part and defects on the processed surface.
