    • PURPOSE: A tenter clip for manufacturing an optical film is provided to securely grip one end of width direction of a web through a flapper by reducing the gap between the bottom part of the one end of width direction of the web and the tenter clip. CONSTITUTION: A tenter clip for manufacturing an optical film comprises a ceiling portion(211), a bottom portion(212), a connection portion(213), and a flapper. The bottom portion is installed on the underside of the ceiling portion. The connection portion connects the ceiling portion and the bottom portion. The flapper is installed on the ceiling portion by a flapper rotary shaft(221a) and allowed to rotate. The distance from one end of the bottom portion connected to the connection portion to the other end is extended longer than the length of the vertical line passing the flapper rotary shaft by securely gripping one end of width direction of the web between the flapper and the bottom portion by supporting wrinkle or drooping portion.

    • PURPOSE: A film drying device which preventing the contaminating of products by oil by forming an anti-fouling part on the rotating part of a roll is provided to improve the drying thermal efficiency by preventing the outflow of hot air without boring a dry chamber. CONSTITUTION: A film drying device comprises a dry chamber(110), a plurality of push rolls(120), a roll rotation shaft(130), a rotation shaft support and a rigid frame(150). The hot air is provided to a film(160) in the dry chamber. A plurality of push rolls is installed in the inside of the dry chamber. The push roll transfers the film. The rotation shaft support supports a roll rotation shaft to rotate.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical film is provided to prevent stripes of width direction on an optical film by using a release roll maintained at the fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical film is as follows. A dope type raw material is casted in on a supporter(10) or drum rotated by casting rolls(13,15) and a casting layer is formed. The casting layer is separated from the supporter or drum by a release roll(30) and the casting layer is transferred to a tenter(50) and dried. The side of the casting layer which is not in contact with the supporter or drum contacts the release roll and is transferred. After the casting layer is separated from the supporter or drum, the side of the casting layer which is not in contact with the supporter or drum is heated immediately before contact with the release roll so as to keep the fixed temperature.
