摘要：
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cellulose acylate film is provided to obtain the cellulose acylate film with excellent mechanical properties and optical durability by adding cellulose nano crystals. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cellulose acylate film includes: (i) preparing a dispersed solution by dispersing cellulose nanocrystals or surface-modified cellulose nanocrystals in methylene chloride or alcohol; (ii) preparing a cellulose acylate solution by dissolving cellulose acylate in a solvent; (iii) preparing a mixed solution composition by mixing the dispersed solution, the cellulose acylate solution, and additives; and (iv) preparing a film by solution-casting the mixed solution composition.

目的：提供纤维素酰化物膜的制造方法，通过添加纤维素纳米晶体获得具有优异的机械性能和光学耐久性的纤维素酰化物膜。 构成：制造纤维素酰化物膜的方法包括：（i）通过将纤维素纳米晶体或表面改性的纤维素纳米晶体分散在二氯甲烷或醇中制备分散溶液; （ii）通过将酰化纤维素溶解在溶剂中来制备纤维素酰化物溶液; （iii）通过混合分散的溶液，酰化纤维素溶液和添加剂来制备混合溶液组合物; 和（iv）通过溶液浇铸混合溶液组合物制备薄膜。
