    • PURPOSE: The environment-friendly disinfecting device is provided to kill the peach fruit moth which is inhabits in a fruit by using controlled atmosphere temperature treatment system without influencing the fruit. CONSTITUTION: The postharvest disinfecting device of the peach fruit moth controls a concentration of the carbon dioxide and oxygen and temperature among a composition of air inside of a sanitizing chamber by controlling a control unit(50), a gas inlet(20), a heater(30) and a cooling device(40) in the state of laying the fruit inside the sanitizing chamber(10). The sanitizing chamber(10) comprises a shelf(11), an internal sensor(13) and vent(14). The shelf is equipped to a multi-stage in order to lay fruits. The internal sensor detects the temperature and gas density of inside of the sanitizing chamber. The vent ejects the air inside of the sanitizing chamber to outside. In the vent, the external sensor(15) for detecting the composition of air of the exhaust gas is equipped. The gas inlet comprises 3 kinds of gasbombes(21,22,23), solenoid valves(24,25,26), and a manifold(27). The solenoid valve is installed at the outlet side of the gasbombe. The gasbombe is charged with the carbon dioxide, the nitrogen gas and air. In the manifold(27), emitted mixture of the carbon dioxide, the nitrogen gas and air through each solenoid valve is injected to the sanitizing chamber. The control unit sets concentration of gas inside of the sanitizing chamber to the carbon dioxide 15 %, the oxygen 1 %, and the temperature as 46 °C, and compares with the signal detected from the internal sensor, and controls the driving of the solenoid valve of the gas inlet, the heater and the cooling device. The fruits are treated for 60 minutes in the gas density and temperature as previously mentioned.
