A method for detecting cellular target materials to bioactive molecules comprises the following steps of: preparing bioactive molecules and magnetic materials which can be separated by a magnetic field within a living cell; injecting a reaction partner coupled with a marker which can make presence or position images about the reaction partner to the bioactive molecules within the living cell; responding the bioactive molecules and reaction partner within the living cell; and smashing the living cell and applying the magnetic field in order to separate the bioactive molecules and the magnetic materials.
