摘要： A wet raw material drier comprising fluidized-bed drier (8) for drying a wet raw material, gas supply piping (5) for supplying coke oven emission gas as not only a heat source but also a fluidizing gas to the fluidized-bed drier (8) and dust collector (11) for recovering dust-size particles discharged together with gas from the fluidized-bed drier (8), wherein there is provided binder adding unit (18) equipped with means capable of automatic or manual regulation so that the amount of binder added is a constant ratio to dust-size particles with respect to dust-size particles whose recovery rate by the dust collector (11) is varied in accordance with fluctuations of the drying level of wet raw material caused by fluctuations of the flow rate or temperature of supplied coke oven emission gas. A binder is added by the use of the binder adding unit (18). Thus, even if the amount of dust-size particles discharged together with gas from the fluidized-bed drier (8) and recovered is increased or decreased, any dust dispersal and carbon adhesion onto coke oven wall can be securely prevented.

摘要： Fluidized-bed dryer (3) structured so as to charge a wet material through charging chute (8), injecting a high-temperature gas as a heat source/fluidizing gas from the downside of gas dispersion board (5) and so as to form fluid bed (9) on the gas dispersion board (5) to thereby dry the wet material, wherein gas blowing nozzle (13) is provided at external wall part between the fluid bed (9) and lower part of the charging chute (8) so that gas is injected through the gas blowing nozzle (13) to thereby disperse fluxes of the wet material falling from the charging chute (8). By virtue of this structure, concentrated fall of the wet material from the charging chute (8) onto limited sites, such as the directly under part of the charging chute (8), can be avoided to thereby enable prevention of clogging of the gas dispersion board.
