摘要： 본 고안은 엠보싱 방수패드에 관한 것으로, 신·구 건축물의 옥상의 방수공사, 건축물의 증축시 건물 슬라브의 이음부분, 주차장 및 건물 내부의 바닥에 사용할 수 있는 것으로 특히 옥상방수의 하자 발생시 시공할 수 있으며 상부표면에는 부직포(30a)가 부착되어 일측으로부터 100㎜ 연장시켜 다른 패드의 상부표면 부직포와 겹치게 할 수 있도록 하고, 하부표면에는 엠보싱(30b) 형상을 가진 두께 4~6㎜ 합성수지 시트(30c)를 부착시켜 제작한 것임을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안의 엠보싱 방수패드를 사용하므로써 옥상방수의 하자발생시 기존에 설치된 방수층을 포함한 보호 콘크리트를 철거하지 않은 상태에서 시공하기 때문에 하자보수의 간소화 및 폐콘크리트의 발생억제로 인한 환경오염의 방지효과를 가져다 줄 수 있다.

摘要： PURPOSE: An embossed, waterproof pad capable of always maintaining the lower surface in a dry state and the upper surface in a watertight state by attaching a synthetic resin sheet having an embossed pattern on the lower surface of a sheet to reinforce the function of a waterproof sheet, extending nonwoven fabrics deposited to play a role of a joint for connecting to a joining part from one side, piling up and attaching and application method using the same are provided, which have an effect of simplifying maintenance and repairing and preventing environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The embossed, waterproof pad is prepared by attaching nonwoven fabrics (30a) on the upper surface, extending one side of the nonwoven fabrics to 100mm to lay the same on nonwoven fabrics on the upper surface of another pad and attaching a synthetic resin sheet (30c) having an embossed pattern (30b) and a thickness of 4 to 6mm on the lower surface. The application method using the embossed, waterproof pad comprises the steps of bringing a concrete surface to a level; coating urethane adhesive (20), laying a pad (30) to be adhered each other and folding nowoven fabrics extended from one side of the upper surface of the pad onto nonwoven fabrics of the upper surface of an adjacent pad; and forming a waterproofing layer (40) of a polyurethane film on the waterproof pad. The pad has a sound and insulation effect as well as waterproofing effect, reduces construction time and labor and simplifies working processes.
