The fastener with improved adhesiveness according to the present invention comprises: a ribbon layer in which a plurality of hooks is formed on the lower part; an iron powder resin layer to be adhered to the upper part of the ribbon layer; a fibrous layer coupled to the upper part of the iron powder resin layer; and a protrusion layer in which a plurality of protrusions is formed by weaving fibers in the upper part of the fibrous layer in a up and down direction to be coupled with the fibrous layer, wherein the protrusions are formed at regular intervals.
