摘要： An encryption processing device and a method, and a computer program are provided to prevent process difference in combining bits by executing the same operation processing sequence in all combinations, thereby improving resistance against power analysis. An encryption processing device carries out one of scalar multiplication(kP+1Q) based on scalar values(k,l) and two points(P,Q) of an elliptic curve defined in ECC(Elliptic Curve Cryptograhy), and scalar multiplication(kD1+1D2) based on scalar values(k,l) and divisors(D1,D2) defined in HECC(Hyper Curve Cryptograhy). The encryption processing device comprises a scalar value control unit(101) for generating a JRF scalar value(k=,l=) satisfying the following formula, (ki,li)=(0,±1) or (±1,0), wherein all bits are represented as 0, +1, or -1 and (ki,li) is the combination of the bit correspondent to the scalar value, and an operation executing unit(102) for carrying out a scalar multiplication operation by applying the JRF(Joint Regular Form) scalar value generated by the scalar value control unit.
