摘要： The cooling system is for a series printer with guide bars (5,6) fixed in a frame (1) for a slide (7), on which a printing head (4) with cooling fins (4a) is fixed. A slide-driving motor (9) is mounted to the side of the head, and has a fan (16) on the driving shaft supplying cooling air. The fan is fixed to the motor shaft (10), and has a large number of radial blades. The motor body is enclosed by a cooling body with fins (15) and a housing integral with the frame encloses fan, cooling body and motor and has one or more air inlets and several outlets (19,21). One at least of these is aimed at the printing head, and the air current from the fan is directed by the outlets to it and to the cooling body.
