    • The present invention relates to a power component device which has a heat sink having a recess. The recess has a base surface and a first surface. The first surface of the recess has an angle less than 90 degrees with respect to the base surface. The power component device has a first passive electrical component which has a support element. A first surface of the support element which faces the first surface of the recess makes the same angle with respect to the base surface as an angle of the first surface of the recess with respect to the base surface. A pressure transfer element includes a first pressure transfer element surface which is opposite to the first surface of the support element. The base surface makes an angle less than 90 degrees with respect to the first pressure transfer element surface. A pressure generation device forces the first pressure transfer element surface so that the support element is pressurized by the first surface of the recess by the pressure transfer element. The present invention provides a power component device which can be matched with various passive electrical components and guarantees effective cooling of each passive electrical component.
