摘要： A drive circuit with a BOT level shifter for transmitting an input signal and an assigned method are provided to allow a driving circuit of a monolithically integrated circuit to transmit a signal to circuits having a reference electric potential difference different from each other in comparison with a dielectric strength of a gate of a used transistor. A drive circuit with a BOT level shifter for transmitting an input signal includes a BOT level shifter(70) transmitting an input signal from a driving logic(20) to a BOT driver(52). The level shifter includes up/down level shifter branches(72,74) and a signal evaluating circuit(76). The up level shifter branch and the down level shifter branch are formed in the BOT level shifter to compensate each other. Output terminals of the up level shifter branch and the down level shifter branch are connected to an input terminal of the signal evaluating circuit. An output terminal of the signal evaluating circuit is connected to an input terminal of the BOT driver. The driving logic, the level shifter, and the BOT driver are monolithically integrated.
