CONSTITUTION: A pre-treating apparatus for painting a vessel includes a fixed part(100), a polishing head part(300), and a head driving part(200). The fixed part is separably combined with a loading part. The polishing head part is installed to move a polishing material(325) along an arc trace. The polishing head part includes a base plate, rotating rods, a connecting frame, and a holding frame. The rotating rods are rotatably combined with the base plate based on a rotary shaft. Both end parts of the connecting frame are rotatably combined with end parts of the rotating rods. The holding frame is combined with the connecting frame. The holding frame holds the polishing material. The head driving part connects the fixed part and the polishing head part. The position and the angle of the polishing head part are adjusted by the head driving part.
