      본 발명은 음악 청취용 복수의 스테레오 스피커와 통화용 이어폰 겸용 이어(ear) 스피커를 구비한 이동통신단말기의 각종 변환모드체크과정에서 통화서비스모드이면 이어 스피커를 온(on)하고 스테레오 스피커를 오프(off) 시키며, 이 상태에서 진동 또는 에티켓 모드의 설정이 있으면 스피커 모두를 오프 시킨다. 상기 이동통신단말기의 각종 변환모드체크과정에서 멀티미디어(영화 및 음악, 게임, DMB . . .)서비스 모드이면 스테레오 스피커를 온하고 이어 스피커를 오프 시키며, 이 상태에서 호출이 있을시 스테레오 스피커와 이어폰 겸용 이어 스피커를 모두 온(on)상태로 하여 모드변환에 따라 스피커의 불 필요한 동작을 막아 전력소모를 줄이는 효과가 있다.

    • A nonvolatile memory device using resistance material is provided to enhance an integration rate of a phase change memory device by reducing a core layout dimension.
