摘要： A manufacturing method of a housing of a portable terminal is provided to contribute to the improvement of the productivity by reducing the drying time of a paint, and to improve the shock resistance. A manufacturing method of a housing of a portable terminal includes a die casting step of forming a first component that constitutes a part of a housing through a die casting process by using magnesium-aluminum alloy; an insert injection molding step of mounting the first component inside an injection mold and forming a third component by molding and mounting a second component constituting the other part of the housing on the first component; a painting step of painting the exterior of the third component; and drying the paint on the exterior of the third component.

摘要： A transparent ink printing method and transparent ink are provided to reduce the defective rate of color and to improve the quality of products by utilizing the refractive index of the light and gloss difference of the outside of a cellular phone case by printing the transparent ink on the surface of the cellular phone case. A transparent ink printing method comprises the steps of: preparing the transparent two-liquid type ink; producing transparent ink(100) by mixing a hardening agent and a thinner with the transparent two-liquid type ink; printing the transparent ink on the surface of an object printed with the color paints(10), by using a pad printer or a silk screen printer; and drying the surface of the object at high temperature.

摘要： A wrinkle pattern coating composition is provided to embody a wrinkle pattern on a housing case of a handheld terminal, and reduce the production process and expense for embodying a wrinkle pattern. A wrinkle pattern coating composition includes a resin for spray coating, a hardener which causes a cross-linking reaction with the resin, and a volatile functional agent. A wrinkle pattern is formed on a housing case by applying the coating composition onto the surface of the housing case of a handheld terminal, and drying the coated layer. An application method of the wrinkle pattern coating composition includes the steps of: (S1) designing and manufacturing a mold in the housing case shape of a handheld terminal; (S2) processing the housing case according to the mold; (S3) spray-coating the surface of the housing case with the coating composition; (S4) drying the coating composition at 150-160 °C for 20-30 minutes; and (S5) uniting the housing case with the handheld terminal.
