    • By an X-ray image apparatus and an X-ray image forming method according to an aspect of the present invention, component materials are separated from a target object; the separated materials are mapped to different colors and an image, whose distinction among tissues is enhanced, is provided. The X-ray image apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention comprises an X-ray generation part for generating an X-ray and projecting the X-ray on the target object; an X-ray detection part for detecting an X-ray passing through the target object and acquiring X-ray data corresponding to a plurality of energy bands; and a controller for acquiring multiple material images for multiple separated materials forming the target object and brightness information from the X-ray data, mapping the multiple material images to different color channels, synthesizing the mapped material, generating an image including all of the materials and applying the brightness information to the image.

    • A system including a flash memory device and a data recovery method thereof are provided to offer a cache memory device capable of increasing speed for recovering the flash memory device by recovering mapping data at a high speed when unexpected power failure and reduce overhead of caching operation without storing the mapping information in the flash memory device. A hybrid hard disk(100) stores data and includes a non-volatile cache memory(102). A RAM(120) stores a block mapping table for assigning a physical block address of the non-volatile cache memory corresponding to a logical block address provided from a CPU(110). The CPU recovers the block mapping table by referring to block allocation information included in a WSBL(Wear-leveling Sorted Block List) of the non-volatile cache memory, searches address information included a spare area of erased blocks by referring to erased block information, and updates the block mapping table according to the searched information when the system is rebooted by power failure. The hybrid hard disk device includes a magnetic disk(103) storing cache data of the non-volatile cache memory and a disk controller(101) flushing the cache data of the non-volatile cache memory to the magnetic disk.

    • An air conditioner is provided to enhance the pressure of a high-pressure tube to a high pressure forcefully if the pressure of the high-pressure tube is not high, so that the super-cooling degree of the high-pressure tube reaches a target super-cooling degree. An air conditioner includes a high-temperature detector, a by-pass discharge tube(43), a by-pass valve(44), and a controller. The high-temperature detector detects the pressure of an outlet of a compressor. The by-pass discharge tube connects the outlet of the compressor to an inlet of a dual-tube heat exchanger. The by-pass valve disconnects the flow of a cooling agent through the by-pass discharge tube. The controller controls the operation of the by-pass valve such that the temperature and the pressure flowing to a suction side of the compressor from the heat exchanger are increased based on the output signal of the high-temperature detector.

    • A multi-air conditioner is provided to freely choose the installation position of the main outdoor device by precluding the refrigerant of the main outdoor from being stagnant and flowing backward. A multi-air conditioner comprises a main outdoor device(10A) containing a variable capacity compressor(11) whose capacity is varied and at least one fixing capacity compressor(12) whose capacity is constantly fixed; and at least one sub outdoor device(10B) formed with plural fixing capacity compressors. The maximum capacity of the variable capacity compressor is relatively larger than the capacity of the fixing capacity compressor. The minimum capacity of the variable capacity compressor is over 30% of the capacity of the fixing capacity compressor. The whole number of the variable capacity compressor and the fixing capacity compressor contained in the main outdoor device is the same as the number of the fixing capacity compressor contained at the sub outdoor device.
