    • An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a manufacturing method thereof and a driving method thereof are provided to form a gate start pulse supply line for supplying a gate start pulse to a first gate driver connected with a first gate line in an LC panel, thereby normally driving the LC panel even though a location of a data driver is changed. An LC panel(100) displays images. A first gate driver(60) is connected to one short side of the LC panel, and drives a switching device connected with a first gate line. A second gate driver(70) drives a switching device connected with the last gate line. A data driver(50) is connected to the other short side of the LC panel so as to be adjacent to the second gate driver, and drives a data line. A timing controller(41) generates a gate start pulse which will be supplied to the first gate driver. A gate start pulse supply line supplies the gate start pulse to the first gate driver.

    • An array substrate and a display panel having the same are provided to increase an area of a pixel electrode contacted with LC at a boundary part between the pixel electrode and a data line by forming a first concavo-convex unit in an area adjacent to the data line, thereby increasing the number of LC which can be controlled among LC existing between the pixel electrode and the data line. A data line(DL) defines a pixel area as crossing a gate line(GL) to be insulated. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(T) is installed in one side of the pixel area, and respectively connected with the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode(170) is formed in the pixel area and electrically connected with the TFT. The pixel electrode has a first concavo-convex unit(172) in an area adjacent to the data line. A second concavo-convex unit(222) is prolonged from a first black matrix(221) towards the first concavo-convex unit of the pixel electrode. According as the second concavo-convex unit is engaged with the first concavo-convex unit, light leakage generated in a peripheral part of the first concavo-convex unit is prevented.

    • A liquid crystal display device is provided to overlap second repair patterns with a carry signal transferring line and a repair pattern and to extend a third repair pattern along with a gate driving part for repairing the screen defect resulting from the defect of the gate driving part. A liquid crystal display device comprises an insulating substrate, a gate main line(121), a gate driving part(123), a gate signal transferring line(122), a carry signal transferring line(126), and first and second repair patterns(171,172). The gate driving part includes multiple shift registers. The gate signal transferring line connects the shift registers with the gate main line. The first repair pattern is extended along with the gate driving part. The second repair patterns are partially overlapped with the carry signal transferring line and the first repair pattern. A third repair pattern(173), extended along with the gate driving part, crosses the gate signal transferring line. Thereby, the screen defect is repaired easily.
