    • PURPOSE: An electro photograph printing apparatus is provided to be capable of reducing a projection badness of a picture by setting a correlation of a peel force taken to each of a photosensitive medium, a dry roller and a projection roller. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive medium(110) runs a predetermined orbit, and a laser scan unit(LSU) scans a beam on the photosensitive medium(110) to form a latent electrostatic image. A development unit(120) develops an image corresponding to the latent electrostatic image on the photosensitive medium(110). A projection unit(140) projects an image transferred through the photosensitive medium(110) on a print paper(P). A dry unit(130) is disposed between the development unit(120) and the projection unit(140) so as to be rotated with the photosensitive belt(111) and dries a carrier remaining on the photosensitive belt(111). A peel force(PFD,PFO,PFT) of each of the dry roller(131), the photosensitive medium(110) and the projection roller(141) satisfies following equations: 0 ≤ PFD ≤300, 0 ≤ PFO≤80, and 200≤PFT≤500.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a trench isolation of a semiconductor device is provided to prevent an oxygen from penetrating a sidewall of a trench, to prevent a hole from being formed in a trench isolation region, and to reduce a reverse narrow width effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a trench isolation of a semiconductor device comprises the steps of: sequentially forming first and second insulation layers on a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity; defining an active region by etching the first and second insulation layers; etching the semiconductor substrate to a predetermined depth by using the second insulation layer as a mask, to form a trench; forming an oxynitride layer on the resultant structure to compensate for the damage to an etching caused by the trench; forming a third insulation layer on the oxynitride layer to the extent that the trench can be filled up; planarizing the surface of the third insulation layer by etching the third insulation layer; and eliminating the second insulation layer.
