    • PURPOSE: A freezing-cycle device, a heat pump type of an air conditioner with a hot water supplier function, and an outdoor unit of the air conditioner are provided to cool and heat indoor air and to heat water to be used to heat the floor. CONSTITUTION: A freezing-cycle device comprises a refrigerant pipe and firs to fourth bypass pipes(17A~17D). A compressor(12), first and second three-way valves(16A,16B), an outdoor heat exchanger(13), a third three-way valve (16C), an electronic expansion valve, a fourth three-way valve(16D), a water heat exchanger(15), a fifth three-way valve(16E), an indoor heat exchanger(21) are successively connected to the refrigerant pipe. The first bypass pipe connects the first three-way valve to the refrigerant pipe between the fifth three-way valve and the water heat exchanger. The second bypass pipes the second and third three-way valves. The third bypass pipe connects the fourth three-way valve to the indoor heat exchanger. The fourth bypass pipe connects the second and third bypass pipes.

The second four-way valve is connected to the second part of the outdoor heat exchanger. The heat exchange units comprises a first heat exchange unit(3) and a second heat exchange unit(4). The first heat exchanger is connected to the first four-way valve. The second heat exchange unit is connected to the second four-way valve.

    • Disclosed is a heat pump device capable of increasing water temperature above 50°C without a separate heating source at the process of heating water.
