    • PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to prevent a dark current from being generated by including an insulating layer between an emitter layer and a bus bar electrode. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(130) is formed on one side of a base layer(110). A back electrode(150) is electrically connected to the base layer. A front electrode(191) is electrically connected to the emitter layer on one side of the emitter layer. A bus bar electrode(193) is formed while being separated from the front electrode on one side of the emitter layer. An insulating layer(170) is formed between the emitter layer and the bus bar electrode.

    • PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to increase an open circuit voltage by increasing an energy level through the increase of a doping concentration in a distant area from an interface between a base layer and an emitter layer. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(130) is formed on one side of a base layer(110). A first electrode is electrically connected to the base layer. A second electrode is electrically connected to the emitter layer. A doping concentration of the base layer gradually increases far away from an interface between the base layer and the emitter layer. A change slope of the doping concentration in the base layer gradually decreases far away from the interface between the base layer and the emitter layer.

    • PURPOSE: A solar collector can be manufactured through a simplified process at low cost and improve the efficiency of solar power generation. CONSTITUTION: A solar collector comprises an incidence surface, a first reflective curved surface(110), a second reflective curved surface(150), and a light collecting part(170). The incidence surface has a central recess. The first reflective curved surface corresponds to the incidence surface and processed for reflection on the outer side thereof. The second reflective curved surface is located in the center of the incidence surface and has a curved surface for reflecting incident light to the light collecting part. The light collecting part is located in the center of the first reflective curved surface.
