    • A wiring for a display device, a thin film transistor substrate comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the thin film transistor substrate are provided to improve the resistance and the adhesion of the wiring, by respectively forming different conductive oxide layers on upper and lower surfaces of a conductive layer. A first signal line and a second signal line(171) are formed above a substrate(110), wherein the first and second signal lines cross each other. A thin film transistor is electrically connected to the first signal line and the second signal line. A pixel electrode(191) is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. At least one of the first and second signal lines has a first conductive layer(171p) of polycrystalline oxide, a second conductive layer(171q) including silver, and a third conductive layer(171r) of amorphous conductive type of oxide.
