    • PURPOSE: A method for enhancing energy efficiency satisfying both of a maximum PAPR(Peak-to-Average-Power-Ratio) and BER(Bit Error Ratio) and a communications device thereof are provided to lower complexity by clipping the size of an input signal based on the clipping ratio which is adaptively determined according to the modulation system. CONSTITUTION: A clipping ratio determination part(601) determines a clipping ratio(CR) corresponding to a modulation system based on the modulation system of a communications device. An inverse fast Fourier transforming part(602) performs inverse fast Fourier transform(IFFT) for an input signal. A clipping part(603) clips the size of the input signal based on the clipping ratio corresponding to the modulation system. A filtering part(604) performs band pass filtering about the clipped input signal. A D/A(Digital to Analog) transforming part(605) transforms the filtered signal into an analog signal.
