    • PURPOSE: A rotor assembly is provided to reduce the cogging torque by forming a radial slit between a pair of permanent magnets which are embedded in a V-shape on a rotor unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotor unit (10) has an inserting hole (11) in the hollow part. A first magnet (14a) and a second magnet (14b) are inserted into a first bury hole (13a) and a second bury hole (13b). The width (w) of the separate space in the first bury hall and the second bury hall gets greater as it gets closer from the rotation axis of the rotor unit to the outer side of the rotor unit in a radial direction. The first magnet and the second magnet are inserted along the V-shape in a radial direction from the rotation axis of the rotor unit to the outer side of the rotor unit. A slit (30) is formed between the first magnet and the second magnet.

    • PURPOSE: A wideband active circuit with a feedback structure is provided to remarkably improve the bandwidth by forming a feedback structure which feeds back a signal of an output terminal to an active load. CONSTITUTION: An active load unit(100) provides load varying according to control voltage, and an active circuit unit(200) is connected between the active load unit and the ground. The active circuit unit outputs a signal corresponding to a preset bandwidth among the input signals. A feedback circuit unit(300) is formed between an output terminal of the active circuit unit and the active load unit, and supplies the signal of the output terminal of the active circuit unit to the active load unit. The active load unit is formed between the power voltage terminal and an output terminal in cascode structure.

    • PURPOSE: An injection locked frequency divider is provided to reduce power consumption due to a phase locked loop circuit by replacing a fixed frequency divider or variable frequency divider. CONSTITUTION: An output circuit unit(11) includes first and second transistors(M1,M2) forming a gate-drain cross coupling and an LC tank. The output circuit unit outputs a frequency to each connection node of the first and second transistors and the LC tank. An input circuit unit(12) includes an input transistor and a feedback inductor. The input transistor includes a gate which receives an injection frequency and a drain connected to the common source of the first and second transistors. The feedback inductor is connected between the drain and gate of the input transistor.
